How long does shipping take for heavy overland gear?
Standard processing takes 1-3 business days. Due to the size and weight of many of our products, such as roof racks and bumpers, transit times typically range from 5-10 business days via freight or ground shipping.
What is your return policy on installed equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition. Please note that once gear has been mounted or installed on a vehicle, it is no longer eligible for return due to safety and liability standards.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Currently, NH Overland is a retail provider. While we provide detailed installation guides and technical support, we recommend consulting a certified local off-road shop for complex electrical or structural modifications.
Are the products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all products sold through NH Overland carry their respective manufacturer warranties. We also provide a 1-year limited guarantee against defects on all NH Overland branded accessories.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. For inquiries regarding shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other international destinations, please contact our support team for a custom freight quote.
