At NH Overland, we want to ensure your vehicle is adventure-ready; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Parts must be in original, uninstalled condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Log into your NH Overland account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Pack your items securely in the original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and components are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment for quality compliance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
